Issue #17
“The Community Issue”
It’s time. The warm days are now kissed by chilly afternoons. Bonfires crackle into the night air on weekends. Jack-o’-lanterns glow on porches and in apartment windows. And squirrels? They’re having an absolute field day.
After a summerween-filled stretch, our long-awaited Super Bowl has finally arrived. October marks another major milestone for Night Terror Magazine: our must-read, eagerly anticipated Annual Community Issue. It’s been a huge year for our little publication. Want to know why?
You.
Each and every one of you is the beating, bloody heart of this magazine. You make the spooky season last 365 days a year with your haunting artwork, chilling aesthetics, horror movies for every day of the week, original stories, and pitch-perfect curation. From vintage Halloween decor hauls to terrifying tales, you are what makes horror eternal. So, it's time for the Scream Team to host the biggest coven gathering of the year, spotlighting 10 incredible creatives in the world of horror!
As always, we’re beyond honored not only to be part of this terrifyingly beautiful community, but also to watch you thrive in the genre that brings all of us creepy crawlies joy. So pour a warm mug of apple cider, slip on your coziest pumpkin slippers, pop in those Pillsbury pumpkin cookies, and crack open this month’s issue by the glow of your purple Halloween lights.
Thank you for trusting us to keep you waking in the night time and time again.
Stay Creepy and HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

S.K. Harper
Horror Writer
S.K Harper lives within the moss and rot of good books and better words. She writes of haunted and disturbed maidens locked in decaying towers, old and obsessive leaders, and the hysteria that forms in reverence. When she's not writing, she can be found within the wooded shade, barefoot and evoking the eternal spirits that lie within. She also has a habit of howling and growing sharp claws when left to the siren call of the full moon.
